INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large ripe banana (or other fruit of your choice)
  • 1 scoop (1/3 cup) Soy Protein (like Nature’s Plus ?Spiru-Tein: naturesplus.com)
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed oil
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp apple juice concentrate or honey
  • 1 tsp psyllium seed husks
  • 8 oz water

DIRECTIONS:

1. Peel the banana and break it into chunks.

2. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Optional: Add a few cubes of ice, as well as powdered vitamins.

3. Cover; blend until smooth.

4. Enjoy!
